These terms apply to organizers using Eventilize, provided by [Company name] Ltd. By creating an account you accept them and the data processing agreement.

Your account and your guests

You are responsible for your account, your team's access, and having a lawful basis for the guest data you add, including guests' agreement before you tick "agreed to WhatsApp or SMS" for them. Don't use Eventilize to send messages people didn't ask for.

Event passes and payments

Building an event is free. A paid pass raises the guest limit and includes WhatsApp/SMS messages; prices are shown before you pay and charged once per event through Paystack. Event passes are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase if no WhatsApp or SMS messages have been sent for the event and it has not started. Duplicate payments are always refunded. Contact support with your payment reference.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, especially on event days, but cannot guarantee it is uninterrupted; check-in keeps working offline on devices that downloaded the guest list.

Ending

You can delete your events and guest data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any event is limited to what you paid for that event's pass.
